We use this product at work daily for rehabilitation purposes.  The quality is great and they provide effective weight for our athletes coming back from injury.  They are affordable.  The multitude of things that can be done with them is also a plus!

This works well and price isn't bad but compare prices as it can be found in a lot of price ranges depending on where you purchase it
