I ALWAYS keep my pantry full of condensed soups...they are so inexpensive (about $1.50 each), versatile and provide quick and simple meals at the drop of a hat. One of my all-time favorites is CAMPBELL’S MUSHROOM SOUP! To make super rich and creamy soup, I use milk (instead of water). Also, you can add bacon bits, crunchy onions or even croutons for a hearty soup you’ll be remembered for. Serve with crackers, fresh bread -or even Panini - to complete the meal. Simple. Fast. Delicious.
