Holds a very sharp edge even after putting in work. What I DO NOT LIKE about it is the wimpy Velcro strap "securing" it in its sheath. It is much heavier than that tiny patch of Velcro can even try to handle. My bf was carrying it, albeit probably not the safest of ways, but strapped in to its sheath and it slid out and gave him a real deep gash on his hand with its serrated section next to the handle. Pulled right through its velcro security. So in conclusion, it is a bad m.f.er but it is not secured all that well in its house so don't carry it in a way that you will regret.
