I had previously purchased this brand. I didn’t think much of it until my son was in college & I cooked on his less expensive cookware. I realized how great the brand I owned was. When I found this set on sale,I immediately bought it because I know how premium the quantity is. I use this set daily. As with all nonstick surfaces, only use silicone or plastic on it , unless you want to ruin it. This cookware cooks evenly, but isn’t heavy.I would describe it as a medium weight.
