Tener un bastidor como este es de gran ayuda para poder enfriar correctamente tus postres recién salidos del horno. Llevo usando este producto desde hace un tiempo y hasta ahora no tengo ningún problema, cumple al 100% su función y no se ha oxidado. Calphalon makes awesome products and this cooling rack is no exception. When I met my husband he already had a bunch of calphalon stuff; he did his homework and did a good job. He’s the chef between us and im the baker; so he didn’t have any baking items and was missing some others. We completed most of the set with everything calphalon and have never been let down! If anything we want to upgrade!

These wire racks are great for everything from cooling breads to baking chicken which allowed for the water to drain into the lower pan below. I bought these as a two pack from Bed Bath and Beyond for under $30 and have had them for 3+ years. I’ve put them in the dishwasher and they don’t seem to rust or anything like other cheap brands.
