I use this eyeliner daily. I have se dive eyes that water very easily and this does not move, smudge, or smear all day. Love the fact that it is clean and cruelty free. Applied smooth and easy to clean up edges.
I am always on the hunt for a super black, long wearing eye liner. I have tried almost every single one at Sephora and Shoppers Drug Mart.
I was hopeful this one would be as waterproof as it’s advertised and was happy with its results.
It applies very easily, the formula is creamy and smooth and it glides on the eye nicely. I have warn it in my waterline as well and my lash line and it stays put for quite awhile. Longer than other “waterproof” liners that’s for sure! It also can be smudged out into a Smokey eye before it completely dries.
It’s super pigmented and very black which is the perfect liner for me. I wore it on a scorching on and sweaty day and it stood up to the heat.
I would definitely recommend this pencil eye liner. Especially if you are a fan of black liner, want something long lasting and one that you can wear in your waterline.
It’s a lower price point if most of the pencil eye liners at Sephora but higher than drug store brands. I paid $26 CAD plus tax.
I really like how this liner is creamy enough that it doesn't drag or tug at my eye area and the pigment is pretty good (I have the brown one.) I use this pretty much everyday as a base for my liquid liner to prevent feathering and it works great! The liner stays on and I don't experience any smudging but I do not put this on my water line so I can't speak to that.
One of the downsides of this being so creamy is it causes the liner to run out faster and when I sharpen it, I need to do a few twists which wastes some of the product. It's also hard to get a very sharp line unless I keep sharpening it until it's pointy (which again, it will waste product) overall I really like this and have repurchased. It's the same as the urban decay liner, caliray was even food by the founder of urban decay.
