California Baby Sunscreen Lotion SPF 30+
- "But it works great and doesn't really have a smell so it is worth the money." in 1 review
Use this for both my 3 year old and 8 month old. Living in Florida means lots of time in the harsh sun whether we want it or not. This does take a while to soak in, but it’s never been an issue for us. Neither child has ever had any skin reactions to it
This is the only sunblock I use for my entire family. It’s safe and incredibly effective unlike all of those chemical sunblocks that claim to protect but ultimately leave you with a massive burn. California baby really delivers!
This product was recommended to me by my daughter's pediatrician because my daughter has eczema. She is three now, and I continue to buy this again each summer. It is a bit pricey compared to other sunscreens, but it is fabulous for sensitive skin. I have even used it on myself and had no problems with my sensitive skin. This sunscreen stays on fairly well, and it has a good smell to it. Definitely would recommend.
I bought this for my son and that he loves it and I love it it's very good value it's kind of pricey though it's $20 for a small tube I bought it at Walmart I would definitely recommend it to anybody who has a newborn or an infant or even toddlers I wouldn't use any other sunscreens California baby has worked the best!
I did a lot of research to find the best sunscreen for my baby that provided best protection with least amount of harsh chemicals. This was one of the top results and although it's a bit on the more expensive side it's totally worth it! Goes on smoothly and not greasy like a lot of the other sunscreens out there. So far my son hasn't gotten burnt once so I'd say it's doing a great job!
I have been using this sunscreen for my littles since they were 6 months old. One is 4 and the other is now 18m. I wouldn't use any other sunscreen on their skin, heck I even use it. The Sunscreen sits on top of the skin and does not sink into the body like other children's sunscreens. It is all natural and doesn't contain all the harsh chemicals that other sunscreens contain. I highly recommend this!
Does not irritate the skin and I love how it is natural and does not leave a greasy residue. My only issue with the product is that the "tinted" color is for pink undertones and will leave olive or tanned colored skin looking uneven and pink. If it came in more shades or got rid of the tint it would be fantastic!
I use this for my kid's faces while we are at the pool and beach. It's SO thick and works great. You don't have to use hardly any at all! A friend of mine actually gave this to me as a gift - I wouldn't usually have picked it up - but now I love it! I would definitely buy again.
I use California Baby sunscreen every time my babes go outside - even if it's just for a few minutes on the deck to play with their water table or eat a popsicle. They're not exactly the most tan kids in the world (redheads) so it's really important to protect their skin, and my oldest has pretty sensitive skin and they have a "super sensitive" option that I can slather on layer after layer with no issues. It's the best and definitely my must-have, go-to summer product.
It's white and tick and it covers baby skin very well. It's great protecting product. My baby never got sunburnt after using it. The only downside is that it doesn't clean from furniture and stroller if you smudge by mistake while applying to the skin
