Craving a Vietnamese coffee so picked this up as it was a highly recommended brand. The tin made it convenient to store and kept it fresh. I wish there was instructions on optimal brewing times but overall solid product

I first learned about this coffee and it's fame having been to the actual Cafe Du Monde in New Orleans. When I was there, Halle Berry was there as well. It's popularity brings many celebrities to the area. The coffee, paired with their beignets, are what they're known for and you can order online to enjoy from home. I'm a fan of dark, but sweet coffee. I've drank this on and off for years, but over time the smokiness has become a little much for me. The same goes for meats that have too strong of a smoked flavor. It doesn't fair well with my stomach these days. It's definitely a unique blend and great for connoisseurs of coffee, but these days it'll remain as a fond memory of my time in NOLO. Definitely give it a try if you're a fan of dark, strong and bold coffee. I now keep this tin to hold my own ground coffee in.
