When you bite into the cheese the texture is soft and smooth. It tastes amazing! Has a nice little kick to it. Perfect paired with crackers or by itself!

This pepper jack cheese is perfection! It's just the right amount of spiciness for a cheese and cracker snack or even to make grilled cheese which my children just enjoyed for dinner.
