So I’ve been using this for a few years now and I would say it’s a part of my hair routine. I use this for hair loss and hair thinning and I’ll say before using this product my hair felt really thin and fine and brittle. After consistent use I say this is what has helped me with hair loss. It smells like natural pepper and rosemary, not too strong of a scent but I wouldn’t blame it if it is because that’s what it would naturally be like.
