There is most certainly a floral scent and it does smell like tulips. It’s very light, mild and not overpowering. I love the packaging and design. It’s very subtle. I’m going to have fun with this possibly my spring fall sent. I haven’t decided, but it definitely is very feminine very light aerial, and a little bit goes way . The spray itself did go out quite far. So you don’t have to be so close to your skin you can have it a couple of inches away and allow it to disperse.
