The package comes with an instruction which I found it easy to follow to use. It’s a great product, no irritation for me. It makes my comfortable because It didn’t burn or sting at all. The smell is quite strong for me.

Just an ok product . I don’t think I would buy this again but it was nice to try . It doesn’t have an fragrance in it which is nice for sensitivity issues

So I actually gave this to a family member who said it worked well for them. The packaging is simple and the ingredients seem good. Overall the value isn’t there for me.
