I love this sausage. I have alpha gal and cannot eat any meat that is derived from mammals. I was heart broken because I love this type of sausage with onions peppers and rice. I found this at the store and was so happy to get to try it. It is SO GOOD. I love the texture and taste. And it reminds me of regular beef or pork sausage.
