They stand behind customer satisfaction! My only criticism is they should use more dry ice in their packaging. The good things: Order tracking, Real-time chat, transcribed chat sent to my email, invoice sent to email showing credit.

I had this for a while and it started off great. I got a deal of free bacon for life but as they started to get more customers our boxes became bad quality. We had meat that got shipped and it was bad. We had a lot of quality issues with it. It was a great way of getting meat but the amount of issues we had with the quality of the products we have ended it. There were multiple times we had issues of packages coming in opening it and the meat smelling and open.

The quality of this butchers box is absolutely amazing every bit of it tastes delicious very good variety amazingly fresh and packaged really well these also have the best customer service
