I usually love all burts bees products but this one fell short for me. Its pretty heavy and sits on top of.the skin rather than really hydrating it.

At first I thought this was either a lip balm or a highlight stick, prior to reading the packaging. The name is honestly confusing “face balm” …. Once I read the packaging I thought it was some sort of face cream stick… but nope. It’s a highlight stick, and it does shimmer nicely.. very subtle as well. #voxbox

Glitter is very fine, so mostly just looks like a sheen. Would wear with no or barely any makeup due to the balm texture but pretty. Would also be nice on shoulders or collarbones in the sun
