The burger press was alright, however the meat stuck to the press when I tested it out. It's made of cheap plastic that will most likely last about a year tops. I could hand shape the patties quicker and with less mess and clean up needed to use this.

Great product for making multiple burgers! We had a big BBQ party and we used this to make about 20 burgers and it was very quick and the burgers were evenly made. Would recommend for making multiple burgers.

For comparison in my photo is 1lb ground beef. This burger press is easy to use it's 2 sided for 1/2 pound burgers or patties and 1/4 pound patties. I used each side your Pattie's are just thicker or thinner. I think the diameter isn't right the patties are to big, bigger then a bun. I understand sometimes patties shrink a bit while cooking but mine rarely do. The press it's self is made well, pretty heavy duty. The handle is nice size easy to push the burger down to form your perfect patties. My issue is you can't force the lid a but to get your patties tight, they will fall apart still while moving them, flipping them to get them seasoned. I found myself playing with the patties to get them to hold better and fussing with them to the point it took me more time to make the patties this way, I used my hands anyway plus now I have 1 more dish to wash. I guess if you have a fattier burger it will hold better. Not the healthiest choice so, for me I'm skipping the press and using my hands.
