The perfect portable high protein snack. I will probably die of mercury poisoning from how often I eat these. They’re great on their own for an afternoon snack, or post-workout. I find the taste to be delightful, it’s a very mild level of spice and this one and the Bumble Bee Sensations Lemon & Pepper Tuna Medley with Crackers
are my favorite. You can pair them with crackers, toss them with some salad, pair it with some avocado for a high protein/high fat meal, make a sandwich with some whole grain bread, the possibilities are endless. I love having convenient healthy meal options and this is definitely a great one.
