This is not good. The flavor is weird. It also has a weird texture. The ingredients sounded okay. It comes individually packaged and the portion size is okay.

Does the trick for a snack/lunch on the go. Honestly the chicken salad looks like cat food in its little container but tastes surprisingly ok. Nice portion size for 230 calories between the crackers and chicken salad.

First and foremost it does have an odd acidic taste, it is enough food to stop your stomach from grumbling. It comes in a box with a spoon , the chicken salad and 6 ritz style crackers. It’s not the freshest best flavor but it works in a pinch
