I really enjoyed the Bubbies Green Tea Mochi Ice Cream. The matcha flavor is earthy and authentic without being too bitter, and it blends smoothly with the creamy ice cream inside. The mochi layer is soft and chewy, making each bite feel fresh and satisfying. The balance between sweetness and the natural taste of green tea is spot on. It’s a great treat when you want something refreshing but not overly sugary. Overall, the quality and texture make it a standout option for matcha lovers. Aftertaste is very clean and good.

I love this ice cream. It is yummy and reminds me of vanilla. It is easier to eat right out of the package although anyone with sensitive teeth should let it thaw a bit first. I just prefer the mochi texture when it is frozen because it makes eating the ice cream gentler on my teeth. I also don't prefer the texture of the gummy thawed mochi. The ice cream tastes similar to vanilla with a Sprinkle of matcha. I love the bite-sized portions as they're easy to eat and make for quick serving. They're my favorite mochi-covered ice creams available. I love that they're not covered in flour like similar brands when thawing. Also, the sweetener used tastes better. Our whole family likes these. Definitely try this brand! I appreciate the paper packaging for the environment. I've tried about 5 other flavors of theirs and this one is still my favorite but I'd like to try their vanilla, churro, cookie dough, and cookies and cream varieties. I like their fruity ones but I think I prefer their gourmand flavors.
