It is very good for shoes and that our feet are comfortable and it is very important to have them

I put these in most of my shoes irregardless of heel height. They're so thin, but they reduce ball of foot & heel impact better than thicker inserts. I wish they sold them in ball/heel sets instead of one long strip so I could get more of a custom fit.
