This has quickly become my favorite balsamic dressing. It has such a delightful flavor: your classic balsamic but the tart is calmed down by the slight creamy aspect. It isn’t a heavy creamy either. It’s still very non-viscous and the flavor is packed. It’s good to shake the bottle before use to combine separated ingredients, but I notice it tends to not separate as much as a classic balsamic dressing. Value is great and worth the quality of ingredients and flavor.

The flavor of this dressing is powerful and clean. It is very lights and I love it on many different types of salads. I just recently used it on a spinach salad with strawberries, feta cheese and candied pecans and it was so good.

This is one of my favorite dressings. It’s has a creamy texture without just the right amount of Balsamic vinegar taste. The rice wine vinegar, mustard & spices give the versatility to use to marinate chicken or pork. I also like using it in cold pasta salads.
