I bought the Breville fast-slow cooker and really liked it. I love that this has great performance and also makes really tasty food. It lasted me for around two and a half years where we’ve consistently cooked with it weekly. The cleaning is ok, it seems easy enough. I like making a variety of food with it, including braising meats, stews, porridge and even rice. The sensors are very good and has been a peace of mind in terms of safety. I have found that there are some flaws as well. First, I do wish the pot is not Teflon and a stainless steel surface for better cleaning and overall health concerns. I also don’t like that the lid is not detachable as well.

This appliance gets used very often in winter in our house. I love making soups and stews but never have the patience to wait hours for it to slow cook. Thankfully this Breville fast slow cooker can either slow cook or pressure cook, saving hours of waiting. I have honestly only used the slow cook function a handful of time, I much prefer using the pressure cook function. Its other functions are steam, sauté and warm. I haven’t used the steam function before, but I always use the sauté function to brown off my meat before pressure cooking, it heats up very quickly and doesn’t take long to sauté. The warm function is what it says and keeps your food warm for if you’re not ready to eat yet. The buttons make it very easy to select your function and you can also use the timer to select how long you want to cook for. When it comes to the timer keep in mine when using the pressure cook function it will seem a little longer than your cook time as it takes awhile for the pressure to build. My meals turn out very tender and full of flavour everytime I use this machine. There is a valve on top to release the steam along with a little button to get the steam release going. It’s quite safe and I’ve never burnt myself using this. The pot inside can be easily taken out for cleaning and it’s very simple to wipe and clean the lid also. I’ve had this appliance for years with no issues. It’s very durable and worth the investment.

Amazing slow cooker. Even though its q slow cooker it's alot faster than most others with its options. It's very spacious and super easy to use and also really easy to clean. Really do recommend this to all families
