Been using this Breville kettle for almost 2year now so it is durable. Capacity and safety wise is alright. ImI have uploaded the descaling video. My kettle still has some life. For years, being a loyal customer of Breville’s kettle and toaster, and my next one will possibly from Breville again.

Had it around a year before the button stopped working so cant say its the best kettle ive ever had. Its not a long time before it breaks. Would expect better

Not great - sometimes have to reboil to get it hot enough. Capacity could be better. Hard work to clean out and the design and safety could be better.
