So I snore pretty heavily when I sleep, to the point that it disturbs my partner at night and prevent them from getting to sleep. So I started using these Breathe Rights to reduce the snoring and they have helped a lot. My partner can actually get a more peaceful sleep. My one tip is that I recommend extra strength for people who have oily faces like me because the regular nose strips may not stick on your face overnight. Your nose might look a bit pinkish after taking it off but (for me) the pinkishness never lasted more than a half hour for me.

Purchased at CVS. I normally use them when I have a cold, but sometimes it gets to a point you are so sick and congested they do not help. HOWEVER, I became extremely congested during my second and third trimesters of pregnancy (one of those many super fun symptoms you get while pregnant 😅) and these strips helped me tremendously 🙌🏻 The adhesive is so strong that it will stay on until you peel it off the following morning. The only downside: taking them off is painful, especially after wearing them for a couple of nights in a row. I’ll take the temporary pain for being able to get a good night’s sleep though! Thank you for helping me sleep as good as I could while being pregnant, and for all of the other times I need to breathe a little better 🤧🫶🏻

very good, I love this product, it helps a lot with nasal congestion, comfortable at bedtime, it is not annoying to use and you feel quick relief, 10/10
