This is a great product. We have always loved cottage cheese. It was a breakfast standard for years, coupled with fresh fruit and a drizzle of honey. In an effort to eat healthier, we started watching our sodium a few years back. Regular cottage cheese was no longer our friend. This product, with the reduced sodium, gave us our breakfast favorite back! It has a great flavor, texture, and consistency. We love it.

The taste of the cottage chesse in my lasagna was fun. Of course I would try it again! The consistency is creamy and the package came very well sealed
