Bragg’s Liquid Aminos is the only soy sauce I buy because of its flavor, even though I grew up using and eating dishes made with Asian soy sauces. It is not cheap, but the flavor is consistent, whereas Asian soy sauces have one taste when newly opened versus another taste months later. I like that it is vegan, non-GMO, and gluten-free and contains no artificial colors or flavor or alcohol. It is also not easy to find and most stores will not carry any sizes other than 16 Fl Oz.

My wife likes to cook Asian style and she is also into wholesome and nutritious foods, so she uses this instead of soy sauce. To me, a person who is not versed in Asian cooking styles and ingredients, this looks, smells and tastes like really nice soy sauce. But my wife tells me that it’s made better and is better for you than most soy sauce brands. In any event, this is pretty tasty and livens up any dish.
