These really are good. They are not as filled with sugar as you think. It has a nice sweet taste but not a sugary taste. The flavor is good. There is a hint of blueberry. I think they could increase the flavor more. Whether your eating it or sucking on it, the flavor is always there. When I bite into it I love how it breaks off clean and doesn't crumble like other brands.
