This product give good energy and a great pump. It tastes really good, but does not dissolve well in the water/shaker. You have to keep it moving while your drinking it

PumpHD is a killer pre-workout that gives you a sick pump, but unfortunately sacrifices drinkability to achieve it. Often left powdery, I found it does not dissolve well.
