This product is ok! I thought it would be better. This is my 3rd night trying it out. I haven’t had any luck sleeping or getting tired at all the past 2 nights. I’m hoping it works tonight. I think I’d rather just take the capsules.

This help me stay sleep threw the whole night but still woke up extremely early added this to get more rest as I sleep in episodes vs a full nights rest . The taste is horrible but we grown lol . Affordable too

Liquid is the only way we go. If we absolutely must, we use this to calm our bodies down. It works for us in about 15 minutes and we don't wake up with a "hungover" feeling at all.
