5 reviewsAfter reading several reviews I decided to give this a try. I take it once a day mostly on those days that you feel you just need an extra boost without the caffeine. I have not experienced any jitters but I do feel the effects (more energy) I definitely recommend this, and would buy again.
This is SO amazing. When I’m extra stressed and have a lot going on, I take it in the morning and after work and that seems to do the trick. I recommend it highly to anyone that has a lot of stress and anxiety. Game changer for sure.
I have been taking L-Theonine for a couple months now and I really notice a difference. Helps with concentration a lot! I use for long study sessions. Of course do your own research before purchasing but truly has so many benefits!
