If you don't like eating your vegetables you could take this instead. I recommend just eating your daily greens though, it's fresher and you get more energy from it than using this supplement but other than that this is a good alternative.
Looks gross, but mixed with fresh juice it is deliciously nutritious. You may not love the texture.
