I have a love/hate relationship with this bottle warmer. I love the ease and quickness of having the bottle warmed but it is a PAIN to clean. I would HIGHLY recommend using filtered water as if you use water from the faucet it can cause calcium build up on the bottom of the warming part. It has often caused our bottles to overflow when we leave the tops on because of the steam. If you don't clean that out right away, it will not smell very good at all! Overall I would say I do like the product but does require a lot of upkeep.
