My cats love this! My male cat tends to prefer the carpet texture, but he still loves this. My female cat is constantly scratching on this! It lasts a long time and they really do love it. Have purchased several over the years and will do so again!

I was surprised how much my cats took to this when I brought it home and "showed" it to them,all cat owners(and parents!) know,they'd rather play with packaging/an old water bottle/human "toys" than anything marketed for them specifically,but the cats really seem to like this. it's a good size-I've got two beastly 20 something lb Maine coons and this is suitable for them to scratch on,and also suits our more average sized house cat just fine,too.

What's so great about this is that you can use it for a cat or a dog and it's great when they're puppies so they don't go and scratch all over the house all they'll do is scratch on this.
