I purchased a variety of shakes and I was curious if I would cringe or if I would enjoy it and I was surprised that I did. The Boost tasted smooth and creamy and I didn't mind drinking it to replace my meal. The price wasn't bad and I am happy that I am able to purchase these easily without having any issues with obtaining them. I recommend these to anyone to grab for an on the go meal replacement.

It is a very thick consistency. It taste pretty good at first but leaves a slight aftertaste. I think for the less amount of protein that maybe there shouldn't be as many calories. Helps with sore muscles tho!

My grandfather consumes this product daily as it gives him the protein and vitamins he needs in a quick a easy way that tastes great and allows him to not have to take further pills. Great for people who cannot eat solids, have problems with their teeth or are looking to gain weight.
