- "They are also pretty good about getting new phones.... sometimes they are a little behind the big companies but honestly for the price it is definitely a good deal." in 8 reviews
It's gotten better over the years and it is affordable but I would say be careful if you buy an insurance plan because even if you don't want service from them they will charge you silently until you cancel their service plan separately from their cell phone service
I've had boost mobile before and I liked their plans but moved to Virgin Mobile . My boyfriend still use them as his carrier and the only problem he has is the same thing I experience with VM is you get no service if you in the country but service works very well in the city limits
I've had Boost Mobile side I was 18 I'm 26 now so about 9 years. Its the best! The phones are great and aren't to pricey like most phone places. The bill is cheap too. They have a shrinkage plan so if you pay your bill on time every month you can get it down to $35.00 I believe. I pay $52.00 which isn't bad at all!! Sometimes I don't have the money to pay and my phone won't get shut off and I asked why it was still on and the customer service rep said They give customers a free month of service from time time. That I absolutely love!! The customer service is great, they are very helpful and nice. Ill definitely be with BOOST MOBILE for a long time! Its just a great phone company!
I like the shrinkage plan they have for boost mobile. sometimes i get really shitty signal but it works
I'm on this plan right now and I've had no problems. I recently switched so hopefully there won't be any complications.
Boost mobile is a great service company. No contracts are needed, you just pay your monthly bill and you are set. Prices are good, if you are trying to save or simply don't use a phone often.
The phones aren't bad, except that Boost eats up a lot of memory that would be available if not for their preinstalled apps and things, but they aren't the only ones that do that. The service we had was decent, up until about a year ago when we were informed that they would be doing work on the towers. After that I received poor signal. Calls were sometimes so unclear after hanging up and trying again it would sometimes work again. We recently decided to switch service because of this, and unfortunately Boost doesn't offer a family plan. Maybe if this service changes and they pick up a family plan deal, we'll try again in the future.
They have a reasonable price for nice Phone. They keep up with metro and T Mobile with plans and pricing. The automated customer service could use some work or people.
I've tried every carrier out there n now I'm with boost and by far they are number 1 !!! It's cheaper - more like chatter for ur buck !! U can't find nojj
Boost is a good company. The service is better than some big name companies. One drawback is that you have to purchase your phone. I actually recommended this company to an elderly friend of my mom's who just wanted a cell phone for emergencies. It worked great.
