Boost is a fairly decent company. Yeah, they're phones are expensive but you're not entering a contract! Their service could stand to be a little better but other than that they're a good cell phone provider!
The prices of the phones are decent, the phones last a long time and the $50-55 monthly plan is worth it because you can get the plan with shrinkage. Which means when up make six on time payment you get $5 off. I pay $45 for my unlimited everything service for an android and you can always buy the phones from other websites to get them cheap.
Boostmobile is a pretty good phone company for its price. My boyfriend pays about $50/month for unlimited talk, text, and data. That is much less expensive than it's competitors unless you take advantage of a family plan or something like that. They are also pretty good about getting new phones.... sometimes they are a little behind the big companies but honestly for the price it is definitely a good deal. The service in our area (upstate NY) seems to be reasonable as well.
We switched from Verizon to Boost and we love it!! No more dropped calls. High speed connections!!! And they are always offering better plans to their customers! The customer service reps we have talked to were genuine about our needs and what lower payment options we had for my husbands line!! Will never go back to another regular carrier!
I've had Boost since 2011 and I love it. Originally I had the $50 a month unlimited plan with shrinkage (every 6 months of on time payments they knocked off $5, till you kit $35 a month). I bought a new phone that had 4g capability so the new minimum was $40 a month unlimited. My husband had the same thing. We recently switched to the 2.5 GB of data with autopay so we now each pay $35 a month. It's still unlimited, but once I use my 2.5 GB I get lower speeds, but I've never used even 2.5. Only downside is paying full price for a new phone, but I save more than the price with such a small payment.
My husband and I have been using Boost for about 4 years. We love it!! Great plans and rewards. Pretty good variety of all kinds of phone. Great service for the most part. Sure calls can be dropped or no signal, but most other carriers are having problems n those types of areas too. And the best part is no contracts!!
I really loved this company for years great deals and prices on phones. I hope soon I can go back to them, waiting to finish my contract with Verizon.
Good prices on their phones, and like how if you're on time for a certain amount of months on your bill, they lower it. only downfall is, they have horrible cell service.
Dying to try the services this wireless carrier provides. My bill is ridiculously high and the prices just keep going on. I'm fed up of contracts that promise to lower my bill but simply traps me for two years in a price that's much higher than what was advertised. Boost offers no contracts and their plans are fairly cheap. The price you're quoted is what you pay! When sprint says my contract is $80, I end up paying $130!! Boost is what I really want to switch too but my only problem is that the prices of phones are so expensive when not bought in a contract.
I never thought I would have a no contract phone but I really love it. The service it's not perfect but it's reliable. I've never had an issue with data restrictions Or apps not working. The few times my calls were dropped it was during storm. So over all great service.
