Had a phone fro them for 2 years. Service was never the best and the phone would crash once in a while. Wish they had better phones and better costumer serivce.
I had the worst experience with Boost Mobile. I had Boost when it first started and the coverage and service was crappy. It was not worth the money one bit!
I've been with Boost for at least 2 1/2 years. Just like any pre-paid phone provider, you don't pay by a certain day, your phone is cut off, it's common sense. Okay coverage. Could be a lot better and use more of the sprint towers, not just random sprint towers to get more service in other areas. Other than that... I LOVE LOVE the shrinkage plans. I started at $55 a month and now I'm down to $45... Only a couple months and I'll be down to $40... I don't believe any other company can beat that right now.
I have had boost mobile for quite a long time now. Where I live the service is pretty good for the most part. The only problem I have ever had was when they were doing "repair work" on a tower and service was unavailable at my house for almost two weeks! If I needed to use my phone, I had to go about 10-15 minutes away from my house and it was awful! When my dad and I contacted them, they were not so pleasant people. They told us "it will be fixed in about 3 days" YEAH 2 weeks later it was finally fixed. I am sure that it was just those people we had talked to because for the most part, boost mobile employees are kind and considerate. I love how it is a no contract service, and their rates are really good! My bill is only $50 dollars a month, its great! Compared to at&t and other brands who want hundreds of dollars a month, boost mobile is my favorite phone company... BUT I would not suggest purchasing the kyrocera phones from boost mobile. Entirely different company and the quality of the phones just aren't there. They break extremely easy and freeze often... my phone even shuts on and off whenever it feels like it. Maybe it was just me and not all of the Kyocera phones are like that, but I have also heard terrible reviews about them also. I currently have the kyrocera hydroedge. The first one's top button that wakes the phone stopped working out of no where. LUCKILY the company was kind enough to take it back and give me a new one. The kyrocera phones are on the more affordable side, but if you can, I would not suggest buying one.
I've been with Boost for 5 years and there has never been a problem. I've even recommended boost to a lot of family members and friends. They all love it and ever had a problem as well.
I like it the Boost Mobile service and the price too. you should give it a try.
I've been with Boost Mobile for several years now. The coverage is spotty, but great in the cities where I need it. I have dealt with a couple weeks without service in some places, but I was refunded for those days I couldn't text my friends in the workplace (wink, wink). Customer service was very helpful, despite my frustration. I FINALLY upgraded to a "real phone" recently, and am so glad they now carry decent smartphones for good prices. At $35 a month, I couldn't ask for more.
Just switched over to Boost from Metro PCS. don't know how I exactly feel about it. don't know if the problem is the phone or the service but I am constantly kicked off my wifi and it had a ton of pre loaded apps that were pointless and I had to delete. on a good note I has exceptional reception
I have been a boost mobile customer since 2006. I have had multiple phones. from flip phones to the innuendo and hydro edge. I have had walkie talkies. from pre-paid to the monthly plans. I even had the original monthly plan for 80 dollars per month. I love shrinkage. My bills reduce every 6 months for making timely payments. I also like how I can add money and pay my bill in advance.
Boost really is a great cell phone service. I use my phone all the time and have no issues with connection or anything. The service could probably be a little better but I really can't complain for $45/month for everything including 5 gb data. Way better deal than the top cell phone companies for sure.
