I have had boost mobile for 6 years now. No complaints about the customer service. They are very nice and it's easyish to get a hold of them. My main complaints is the prices of the phones and the fact that they don't do any type of discount program for long term users.
I never thought I would have a no contract phone but I really love it. The service it's not perfect but it's reliable. I've never had an issue with data restrictions Or apps not working. The few times my calls were dropped it was during storm. So over all great service.
I had boost for a few years. Service was okay. Customer service was HORRIBLE. The phones were mediocre at the time. I like the fact that my bill was always the same thing EVERY month. However what made me ditch the whole thing was their lack of customer service.
They're the best. I remember using their chirp. The service is great. Customer service is fast. It's affordable affordable. Great plans. They're the perfect phone company. I wish they had iPhone though.
Not a big fan of Boost! Maybe it's because of where I live but I just can't have decent reception in my own home! That's the only reason I had to cancel unless I would of kept it.
The prices of the phones are decent, the phones last a long time and the $50-55 monthly plan is worth it because you can get the plan with shrinkage. Which means when up make six on time payment you get $5 off. I pay $45 for my unlimited everything service for an android and you can always buy the phones from other websites to get them cheap.
Boostmobile is a pretty good phone company for its price. I pay about $50/month for unlimited talk, text, and data. Boostmobile is also pretty good about keeping up with getting the new phones such as the iphone 6 and the samsung galaxy s5.
I had Boost for two years. I wanted to believe that the service would get better. The price was so low! Finally, I went back to a contract plan with Verizon. I could not take the loss of service if I left the one main artery in town.
This was my first " no contract phone " It was alright back when I had got it, the signal was good, not great but I notice that I at least had service almost everywhere that I had went. I love the fact that you get everything for $50.00
Boost runs off the Sprint network and is pre-paid. If you make lots of international calls such as to mexico boost is the best way to go! an extra $15 a month and you can all any cell or home in mexico along with many other countries!
