I have been a boost mobile customer since 2006. I have had multiple phones. from flip phones to the innuendo and hydro edge. I have had walkie talkies. from pre-paid to the monthly plans. I even had the original monthly plan for 80 dollars per month. I love shrinkage. My bills reduce every 6 months for making timely payments. I also like how I can add money and pay my bill in advance.
Boost really is a great cell phone service. I use my phone all the time and have no issues with connection or anything. The service could probably be a little better but I really can't complain for $45/month for everything including 5 gb data. Way better deal than the top cell phone companies for sure.
Just switched over to Boost from Metro PCS. don't know how I exactly feel about it. don't know if the problem is the phone or the service but I am constantly kicked off my wifi and it had a ton of pre loaded apps that were pointless and I had to delete. on a good note I has exceptional reception
Had a phone fro them for 2 years. Service was never the best and the phone would crash once in a while. Wish they had better phones and better costumer serivce.
I love Boost Mobile, especially with their shrinkage plan. For every six months you pay on time they go down $5.00 until you get to the lowest with is 40-45 depending on your phone. It has great phones for reasonable prices and now they offer a Buy now pay later plan. you can buy your phone and pay it off monthly.
Boost runs off the Sprint network and is pre-paid. If you make lots of international calls such as to mexico boost is the best way to go! an extra $15 a month and you can all any cell or home in mexico along with many other countries!
I am a previous Straight talk user. I will never go back. I love boost. I never drop calls, my reception is clear, my data is fast and customer service is exceptional. I recommend boost to everyone now :)
We love Boost! Boost was our first experience with no-contract cell service (my husband still uses Boost today while I switched to Virgin mobile so I could get an iPhone). We have never had a problem with service or coverage. Because everything is unlimited, there are never any overage charges or surprises in your bills. The price for service is amazing - very affordable even for smart phones. Plus, they have a program set up where you pay your monthly fee automatically each month and they gradually lower your monthly fee until it reaches the lowest for that type of phone which is a great reward. Our only complaint is that because they do use Sprint network, coverage can be a bit spotty outside of bigger cities.
They have bad service and the worst reception. Phones are cheap but not worth my money
Been with Boost Mobile for about a year now and they are a very good budget friendly company. My bill is $57 a month which includes a $7.00 insurance fee that I added on myself and in my opinion the insurance add on is very helpful if your an active phone user. Boost also has great deals on phones especially their website and they have an easy way to pay your bill too!
