Love having a boost mobile phone. My mom and i have been with the company for more than 55 years now
I've been with Boost for at least 2 1/2 years. Just like any pre-paid phone provider, you don't pay by a certain day, your phone is cut off, it's common sense. Okay coverage. Could be a lot better and use more of the sprint towers, not just random sprint towers to get more service in other areas. Other than that... I LOVE LOVE the shrinkage plans. I started at $55 a month and now I'm down to $45... Only a couple months and I'll be down to $40... I don't believe any other company can beat that right now.
I have been with Boost almost 2 years. I've been pretty pleased with there services.
I've been with Boost for 5 years and there has never been a problem. I've even recommended boost to a lot of family members and friends. They all love it and ever had a problem as well.
I rather pay 40 bucks a month instead of paying 200 to 300 a month. People don't like boost because they see it as a down grade they want the latest phones that come out
Worst cell phone provider ever in my opinion. I have been with Boost mobile since the "beep beep" days and they've gotten progressively worse since. Terrible service period and the customer service reps are just plain awful. They never listen to anything you say and constantly interrupt you because they are in a hurry to get you off the phone. I think they can do way better than that.
I hate boost, It hardly gets signal anywhere... I always have to let people borrow my phone when they don't have signal. And I tell them to get another company, but they never learn.
This was my first " no contract phone " It was alright back when I had got it, the signal was good, not great but I notice that I at least had service almost everywhere that I had went. I love the fact that you get everything for $50.00
Basically you get what you pay for. $40 buck a month for service that is reliable 85% of the time is not horrible. others are more expensive with less reliablity.
I have used many prepaid plans and so far boost is the only one that is inexpensive as well as has good service plus some great phones
