Just switched over to Boost from Metro PCS. don't know how I exactly feel about it. don't know if the problem is the phone or the service but I am constantly kicked off my wifi and it had a ton of pre loaded apps that were pointless and I had to delete. on a good note I has exceptional reception
I have Boost now and I hate it. I can't afford to switch right now or I would. Service is horrible and customer service is a nightmare. The only thing going for them is the price. The shrinkage plan is great. And their updates can delete all of your info off your phone. I lost everything after an update and apparently it never backed up to my Google so I lost pictures of my baby that I can never get back.
Worst cell phone provider ever in my opinion. I have been with Boost mobile since the "beep beep" days and they've gotten progressively worse since. Terrible service period and the customer service reps are just plain awful. They never listen to anything you say and constantly interrupt you because they are in a hurry to get you off the phone. I think they can do way better than that.
This phone company is easily affordable and is great for someone on the low tech end. The only drawback with this company is having to buy your own phone and the service isn't quite up to bar as soon of the more expensive nextworks. Great customer service and worth checking out.
I'd have to say that for the most part, Boost is a pretty good carrier. Their phones may not be the best (depending on what you get), but their service is something I enjoy the most. I've been using Boost for over 4 years now and they have never given me any issues. Their monthly no contract plan is cheap and it's very affordable. I honestly prefer Boost over the other carriers.
I have read many reviews, and heard people say that they dislike sprint but love Boost.. sorry to burst bubbles but they are the same company. They provide the same coverage, and have the same customer service. I have found that Boost Mobile is far better than many other pre-paid carriers out there, but have its limitations like the others. I have the Shrinkage program and I am at the lowest payment level for my Android. They have a nice array of phones to choose from, and several plans that contain everything.
Horrible, Horrible, Horrible... Just bought phone and its broke, wont replace it.. Have to pay more then what the phones worth to get it fixed. Not to mention the same phone I got went on sale for $100 cheaper the next day, something the cashier woulda never told me. Service in and out. I have to call a 1-800 number and all they repeatedly tell me is to factory reset it,, UGH!
I have been a boost mobile customer since 2006. I have had multiple phones. from flip phones to the innuendo and hydro edge. I have had walkie talkies. from pre-paid to the monthly plans. I even had the original monthly plan for 80 dollars per month. I love shrinkage. My bills reduce every 6 months for making timely payments. I also like how I can add money and pay my bill in advance.
Boost is a good company. The service is better than some big name companies. One drawback is that you have to purchase your phone. I actually recommended this company to an elderly friend of my mom's who just wanted a cell phone for emergencies. It worked great.
Been with Boost Mobile for about a year now and they are a very good budget friendly company. My bill is $57 a month which includes a $7.00 insurance fee that I added on myself and in my opinion the insurance add on is very helpful if your an active phone user. Boost also has great deals on phones especially their website and they have an easy way to pay your bill too!
