Love having a boost mobile phone. My mom and i have been with the company for more than 55 years now
I have Boost now and I hate it. I can't afford to switch right now or I would. Service is horrible and customer service is a nightmare. The only thing going for them is the price. The shrinkage plan is great. And their updates can delete all of your info off your phone. I lost everything after an update and apparently it never backed up to my Google so I lost pictures of my baby that I can never get back.
The prices of the phones are decent, the phones last a long time and the $50-55 monthly plan is worth it because you can get the plan with shrinkage. Which means when up make six on time payment you get $5 off. I pay $45 for my unlimited everything service for an android and you can always buy the phones from other websites to get them cheap.
Boost is a fairly decent company. Yeah, they're phones are expensive but you're not entering a contract! Their service could stand to be a little better but other than that they're a good cell phone provider!
I live in an area with ok signal but I really like boost mobiles shrinking payments and their unlimited data, calling, and text messaging
I have been using Boost since 2010. I got tired of using contract phones because if my phone gets damaged, I have to pay over $300 a phone. I am tired of paying extra fees and I do not use the phone that much. When I joined Boost, it's the amount flat. I love the shrinkage idea too because now I pay $40 a month. Used to be $35. Flat and no hidden fees. Even if late. Phones are reasonable prices and better reception than T-Mobile.
I've been with Boost for over 7 years. I love them they might have some defective phones but that goes with trial and error. But over all there services and customer services is excellent.
Last month you could get your first month for free, now you pay $35 a month for the first 6 months! holy crap, I already have a contract else were, so I cant get boost for a while, but that s crazy!
I have never owned a boost phone myself, but i remember when everybody was walking around chirping each other. It used to be so annoying lol. I remember a lot of my friends using boost at times, and them telling me that it was decent service. I also hear they always have some good deal always going on, to make a bigger clientele. I'm good with Cricket, but I'm not gonna hate on Boost haha.
Does not pick up in Wilkes but yet is sold there.LITERALY couldn't find service and then was out the money for minutes but at least was refunded for the phone.
