I bought my phone from BestBuy 9 months ago and they still are refusing to give me the five bucks less a month because I am not paying in store, before the day the bill is due! And they keep charging me for apps I haven't downloaded and refuse to refund me! There is a lot of crap I have gotten from their customer service and I am switching ASAP!
I have used many prepaid plans and so far boost is the only one that is inexpensive as well as has good service plus some great phones
I've been with Boost for at least 2 1/2 years. Just like any pre-paid phone provider, you don't pay by a certain day, your phone is cut off, it's common sense. Okay coverage. Could be a lot better and use more of the sprint towers, not just random sprint towers to get more service in other areas. Other than that... I LOVE LOVE the shrinkage plans. I started at $55 a month and now I'm down to $45... Only a couple months and I'll be down to $40... I don't believe any other company can beat that right now.
BOOST IS GREAT FOR PPL THAT CANT AFFORD A CONTRACT PLAN THEY HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE THE. THE PHONE SERVICE IS NOTHING SPECIAL BUT IF YOU NEED A PHONE AND USE LOTS OF DATA AND YOU LIVE IN TOWN IT SHOULD BE FINE
I used to have boost because I heard such great things about them but it never worked. No matter where in town I was it never had signal; I switched phones and everything but still couldn't get signal. I lived right by a cell tower and still couldn't get signal, ridiculous. The only reason I gave them a D and not an F is I liked the phones.
How can I give this carrier good if they aren't even available in my area!? Makes me so mad because the rates are 10x better!
I've been with Boost Mobile for several years now. The coverage is spotty, but great in the cities where I need it. I have dealt with a couple weeks without service in some places, but I was refunded for those days I couldn't text my friends in the workplace (wink, wink). Customer service was very helpful, despite my frustration. I FINALLY upgraded to a "real phone" recently, and am so glad they now carry decent smartphones for good prices. At $35 a month, I couldn't ask for more.
I like Boost because they have great data plans however I wish they had more 4G phone options and mobile hotspot. I also wished they had better signal coverage because no matter which area of town I'm in, its a bit slower than I would like. However, its a bang for your buck.
I have never owned a boost phone myself, but i remember when everybody was walking around chirping each other. It used to be so annoying lol. I remember a lot of my friends using boost at times, and them telling me that it was decent service. I also hear they always have some good deal always going on, to make a bigger clientele. I'm good with Cricket, but I'm not gonna hate on Boost haha.
Does not pick up in Wilkes but yet is sold there.LITERALY couldn't find service and then was out the money for minutes but at least was refunded for the phone.
