These shakes taste good. They are creamy 😋. Taste great when chilled. They are a good source of protein. You can conviently find them in many stores. The prices are competitive

Some of these drinks I like and some not so much. This one was not for me. It definitely is packed with tons of wonderful things your body needs, but I couldn't get past the taste. Maybe I'll try some in my coffee as creamer next time. Some of my friends love using it for that!
