Not only is the product magical customer support as well. Any time if ever had an issue from a damaged book to a lost package they have been there to help instantly. Easy to use website and love that we can skip a month if need be. I've never had to deal with customer service thankfully but that means I cant really speak on that. Plus I am enjoying that some books now are coming with sprayed edges which is really pretty
