I have been a long time customer of boohoo for years! Always love their apparel, and never had any issues. Always was my go too for fast fashion. My last order I placed, I did not receive my full order. I ordered 6 items, only two was received. I reached out to customer service, informing of the mistake, I was informed footage was reviewed and all of my items was packed and delivered. They sent me a small black bag with only two items in it, impossible for 6 items to fit inside. In the past my package has always came in green bags. So I thought it was odd it came in a black bag. Customer service, and the claims team stated they reviewed footage and are “confident” that my entire order was sent out. And I’m telling them only two was in the bag. Why I have to lie about clothes 🙄. And on top of the missing items, they sent me a wrong size on another item. They refused to issue a refund. I don’t know what type of footage they have, or what because if you telling me everything was packed and I’m telling I didn’t get it. Somebody stealing! Also, two orders ago. I ended up returning a few things because of sizing. I didn’t get a refund on one thing and they claim I didn’t return it. SMH! Again the same thing, they said they reviewed the footage and I didn’t return the item and I know I did. But I let that slide, and said mistakes happen. But now you not sending me what I paid for is a BIG MISTAKE! I will never order from them again. The whole company is FRAUD!

I’m Boohoo Ambassador, boohoo is perfect with product quality of clothings. I bought few of dress were beautiful. The shipping is excellent and quick to my home. They were polite and helpful customer service. The prices were up and down, with sales too. It is brilliant and excellent with Boohoo company.

Don't order from them. Their sizing is unclear and when presented with proof of mistake they don't take responsibility. I'm based in Canada and ordered size 12 based on the measurements table they provided. I received UK size 16 because that's the equivalent, but I didn't know I would be getting an item 2 sizes too large because they didn't specified which country's sizing the measurements table was in. I did it twice and twice the same thing happened. I asked them to have the $15 return fee compensated because it wasn't due to my "confusion" (as they said) but their own oversight and error. They didn't acknowledge it and just kept sending me generic replies. Mind you, you cannot cancel an order, you have to wait for it to arrive and then return for a $15 fee. Absolute bu11$hit.

Clothes are very tacky and cheap looking. Very bad customer service and love to rip people off with returns pretending they never received them. Place needs closing down. SHEIN is amazimg better quality and price, wish i had shopped with shein years ago..

I have been locked out of my account, numerous attempts to reset password which failed, I contacted customer support as there is a return I need to send off, to be told that "due to a high level of returns, my account has been deactivated and I can no longer shop with them". Wow just wow! Absolute cowboys .....I have been a premier customer for over 10 years and spent thousands on items from them! I don't even return that much, but being an online company where you cannot try on a product, what the hell do they expect. I have asked for a copy of the terms and conditions numerous times and a explanation as to why this has happened and been ignored! Luckily my daughter has an account so I was able to view the terms and condition on there, and nowhere does it say the account will be deactivated if to many returns are received, it only says if items are returned worn or fraudulent activity is expected! So ladies & gentleman boohoo are calling us fraudsters! as I have never returned goods worn! Also they must communicate with you if there is going to be a change to the account terms.....I for one haven't had anything and judging by all the other reviews, nobody else as either. Shame on you boohoo ....customer loyalty means nothing to them ...just pure greed. I suspect this company will not last must longer!. Guys sign up with pretty little things....Great customer service and lovely products. I will be submitting this review on every boohoo platform and urge people to do the same

Boohoo is a scam and have the shittiest customer service! Items were returned and not fully refunded. Will not be shopping there again

I got a dress online and it exceeded my expectations. The quality was very lightweight perfect for the hot weather and was very comfortable. I wore it the entire day without any problems. The package came within the time the told me and I didn’t wait too long.

I recently placed an order for nearly a dozen items for my wife, who typically wears a US size 2-4. Unfortunately, the store did not have anything smaller than a US 4 in Petite sizes. After confirming the sizes and item counts, I proceeded to pay for the order. However, upon receiving my receipts, I noticed that all but two dresses had the correct sizing, while the two in error reflected a US 8. Immediately, I contacted BH customer service and was directed to an Apple chat option, where I spoke with both Skye Rae and Jude. Despite explaining the situation, they offered no solution other than to return the items once received. I find it unreasonable to expect that they wouldn't just update the order to fix such an error, especially since the items were the same but in different colors, indicating a potential system error. Both representatives were unresponsive to my request and only provided a UK sizing chart, which did not address the issue at hand. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, especially considering that I have been a loyal customer of ASOS for years and have never encountered such issues. I regret to say that I will not be shopping here again.

One of the first places I go to look for clothes. Always have good offers available, and delivery is usually quite quick. Definitely recommend the premier delivery to get next day delivery for a year too, saves you so much money!

My go to for online clothes shopping. They’re sizes over the years have improved so much along with the quality. Always have good sales and promotions on and a great range for curvier sizes. Plus fabulous for next day delivery when you need something in a hurry!
