28 reviewsThings don't fit at all like they did in the store. Returned everything. Second time around they delayed and delayed shipping and kept pushing back until I finally gave up and cancelled and buying my clothes elsewhere. Not sure I will shop here again.
Ordered 7 days before I emailed them for an update, tracking info, etc and this is the reply I got. No I’m sorry, we are having problems, nothing. This is their idea of customer service. Don’t waste your time unless you have time to sit around and wonder if you’re getting your order this month. ——————————————————————- (CS name omitted) here from the Bonobos customer service team. This order has not yet been processed by the warehouse so we were able to get it canceled. You have not been charged and any pending amount on your Applepay should drop off shortly.
It is possible that you will receive shipping information for this. If you do, don't bother reaching out as it will be worked out with Fedex.

continues to go downhill with cheaper materials than previously as well color in chinos fading after a few washes. used to be better customer service as well.
