Here are a few things I ordered on my anniversary dinner at Bonefish Grill in Florida. We were on a family vacation and our anniversary fell on the dates and I remember loving this place the first time we went there right when we got married. The service was fast and server was nice. The food came out quickly and was so delicious. I love the atmosphere of the restaurant. It was a calming setting and quiet.

Purchased gift card for the holidays. Recipient’s couldn’t use it. Corporate doesn’t speak with you, instead has you filling out forms and maybe they will get back to you. Restaurant manager asked me to send my receipts and never got back to me. Just extremely poor customer service experience. Frustrated, disappointed and embarrassed that my family had to pay out of pocket for something that was to have been a joyous holiday celebration. Never again

This was a great experience I haven’t been here in a while! At first I ordered a Burger and there was a little problem with the Burger. But they managed to fix it with no hesitation!
