You need an electric kettle in your desk. Pour over coffee, afternoon tea, hot chocolate, noodles, oatmeal all in minutes and just enough water for you. I keep this one in a tea station behind my desk with a milk frother, a tea steeping kettle, a coffee pour over setup, etc
