I like this magazine so much I've been subscribed to it for 5 years. The recipes are made to be accessible to a home cook and if you can get a deal on the subscription it is completely worth it to find out about new techniques, trends, recipes, and equipment.
Great cooking magazine that contains easy to advanced cooking techniques and recipes. If covers a large variety of cooking styles. It contains helpful articles covering topics from culinary tools to spice blends and everything in between.
I enjoy reading the articles in this magazine as well as trying out the recipes they provide. I love that they talk about many different chef and restaurants. it gives you an idea of what you can look forward to if you are around those areas around the country.

I love bon appetite I don't subscribe to it but buy it once in a while at the local whole foods and they have so many great recipes and tips on healtheir food and cooking
Great Recipes, but also great articles. I love the features on certain kitchen gadgets or learning the story behind some of today's greatest chefs and restaurants.
It is a very strange magazine. It all about the love of food, but they make it very difficult to find recipes, or often don't even include them. The food is always over complicated, weird, and would be really expensive to make.
Bon Appetit offers seasonal recipes, travel advice and bios on the chefs and restaurants. I enjoy thumbing through each issue. The recipes aren't pretentious, all of the ingredients are accessible and mostly affordable. Downside - not as many pages as other subscriptions, but the recipes will keep you busy all month.
I love Bon Appetits recipes. I look forward to their holiday issues the most. They always have some amazing cookie recipes in their December issues.
