Typically I love this companies products but these don’t do enough for me. I wish they packed a bit more of a punch. They taste alright and don’t have a bad smell. But they don’t seem to do much to relieve stress .

These are nice. Bonus points for having clean ingredients but they didn’t work amazingly. I would repurchase because I haven’t found a better replacement.

I am trying very hard to stay off of prescription meds for my anxiety. I find that these work fairly well for times of increased stress or anxiety but definitely are not fool proof. You have to use in conjunction with other stress relief techniques to really see noticeable effects.
