We are always loaded up with Boiron products/ including cold calm. My kids dissolve 5 of these little pellets under their tongue when I notice the first sign of sickness & I swear by this stuff. It helps with any symptoms and helps colds from becoming full blown! I take the dissolving tabs & we use all of their other cold and flu products
