Not a bad place to start if you're stiff or if you're very new to yoga. These are pretty simple; not very challenging. But it is a nice place to start if you want to get into doing some yoga daily and get your body used to stretching in ways it might not have before.
I really enjoyed this DVD. It was easy to follow and the best part of it is I got a great yoga meditation by just following the DVD's provided. I do these DVD 2-3 times per week depending upon how much meditation I feel I need that week. Highly recommend!
