The workouts are intense, they are difficult, and they are FREE. It is really like having a trainer in your house with you. Best of all, you can do it at home in your living room.

I have lost weight, toned up, and feel so strong doing these workouts! Commit to 30 days (combined with a healthy diet) and you will see results.

These workouts range from 12 minutes to somewhat longer. I've been doing bodyrock workouts for a good 2yrs now, and though I've gotten away it, I still think It's a great tool to use to educate yourself and find exercises that you could use. A problem that I have with the website and videos is that It's very sexually driven.

Love their yoga videos with Teesha, who is adorable and really a great teacher. However I wish that their were more, actual flows, rather than just short videos going over how to do some different postures. Great for beginners, though who are new to yoga.

I loved this website back when Zuzana was the host. If you search back you can find some really great workouts. I gave this a C-rating because in the period where they were finding a new host and getting everything worked out the site really suffered. I think it's starting to come back now, but I still miss Zuzana.

These short free videos are awesome, they will get your body moving, sweating and getting fit in no time. Most of them are about 10 to 15 minutes at most, are fun, but not always easy.
